We’re seeking an AI Enablement Lead (Talent Acquisition) for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will lead the delivery of AI training and consulting programs tailored for HR and recruitment professionals, while also supporting pre-sales, thought leadership, and client engagement.
This is a high-impact position for an experienced HR and Talent Acquisition leader who is also a recognized AI educator for the people function. The ideal candidate will bring a proven curriculum that shows how to integrate AI tools into HR and TA workflows, and will excel at translating complex technology into practical, ethical, and effective solutions for the talent lifecycle.

AI Enablement Lead (Talent Acquisition) Responsibilities:

Join prospect and client meetings as a subject matter expert on AI in HR and Talent Acquisition.

Demonstrate practical use cases of AI for candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding, workforce analytics, and employee engagement.

Assist sales teams in tailoring proposals and presentations to HR leaders and talent executives, highlighting ROI and compliance considerations.

Leverage an existing network of HR and TA professionals to create warm introductions and support revenue growth.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop AI workforce transformation packages for both new and existing clients.

Lead one or more Onward-branded webinars per month showcasing AI applications for:

Talent sourcing & recruitment marketing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter automation, programmatic ad copy via ChatGPT, personalized outreach with Jasper or Copy.ai).

Candidate assessment & interviewing (e.g., AI-powered video interview analysis tools like HireVue, ethical prompt design for candidate Q&A).

Onboarding & training (e.g., AI chatbots for policy FAQs, adaptive learning platforms like Docebo with AI content curation).

Employee engagement & analytics (e.g., sentiment analysis tools, AI-enabled pulse surveys).

Publish articles, speak at HR tech events, and serve as a public-facing authority on AI adoption in HR functions.

Deliver in-person and virtual AI workshops to HR and TA teams using your pre-developed curriculum.

Customize sessions for various audiences (corporate HR, agency recruiters, executive search teams).

Train HR leaders on AI ethics, bias mitigation, and legal compliance in recruitment and employment decisions.
AI Enablement Lead (Talent Acquisition) Qualifications:
-
7+ years of combined HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations experience.

AI-focused training delivery, specifically to HR and TA professionals.

Existing AI training curriculum tailored to HR workflows, with practical exercises and case studies.

Deep knowledge of HR tech stack integrations (ATS, HRIS, CRM) with AI-enabled tools, such as:

Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday with AI sourcing add-ons.

HireVue, Paradox, Eightfold, SeekOut.

AI-driven onboarding/chatbots for HR self-service.
-
Predictive workforce planning tools.

Ability to advise on change management for AI adoption in HR settings.

Excellent facilitation, presentation, and curriculum design skills.
