We’re seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity in Mettawa, IL. This is a year-long (plus) contract supporting HCP contracting and external engagement across International Immunology Marketing.

In this role, you’ll ensure seamless physician engagement experiences through organized planning, contracting, and execution of advisory boards, consultations, and related initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with compliance, events, and account management teams while optimizing processes using tools like Smartsheet and Excel.

Pharma agency experience preferred.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage consulting plans and maintain engagement databases.

• Oversee consultant contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (compliance, events, account management).

• Track activities, manage documentation, and support payments/closings.

• Optimize processes using tools like Smartsheet and Excel.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of project management or operations experience.

• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.

• Experience with Smartsheet/Excel and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
