Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid role in New York, NY. This is an 8-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

In this position, you’ll work closely with internal creative and sales teams—as well as external brands, agencies, and vendors—to deliver outstanding sponsored content. You’ll manage multiple high-profile campaigns, champion cross-functional collaboration, and tackle creative and logistical challenges with innovative solutions. Onward Search provides weekly paychecks (W2) and benefits for a 40-hour work week throughout the duration of the contract.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production strategies tailored to specific markets and organizational objectives.

• Serve as the primary contact for complex projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

• Establish and maintain clear timelines and processes, coordinating efforts across vendors, advertisers, and internal teams to uphold quality and efficiency.

• Anticipate potential challenges in asset development, offering proactive and creative solutions.

• Oversee external vendors to ensure adherence to scope, consistency, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional partners to propose and manage scalable programs.

• Enhance project management workflows to boost operational excellence.

• Analyze production metrics and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.

• Uphold Snapchat's creative guidelines and production best practices.

• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience in project management or production, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.

• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with meticulous attention to detail.

• Adaptability in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.

• Proficiency in Keynote, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Experience with advertising clients and influencer marketing (preferred).

• Familiarity with augmented reality, video trends, and the social media landscape (preferred).

• Knowledge of Salesforce and Monday.com (preferred).
