We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist for a global gaming and entertainment company. This is a fully remote opportunity based in California and offered as a long-term contract.

In this role, you’ll join a highly creative and collaborative marketing team focused on delivering extraordinary marketing experiences for esports fans. You’ll help execute brand strategy and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft campaigns that engage and excite fans around the world.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and develop marketing experiences that bring brand strategy to life.

• Collaborate with creative and production partners to deliver innovative esports campaigns and experiences.

• Review content, scripts, and assets to ensure alignment with creative briefs, brand voice, and channel best practices.

• Collect and synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders into clear, actionable direction for creative partners.

• Craft engaging copy for digital channels that drives conversation and builds excitement among fans.

• Coordinate meetings, brainstorming sessions, and reviews—ensuring the right stakeholders are involved at the right time.

• Partner across internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns reflect brand and creative strategy.

Marketing Specialist Qualifications:

• 3+ years of planning and/or creative experience in integrated or digital marketing, advertising, or a related environment.

• 2+ years of copywriting experience, ideally with social media or fan engagement campaigns.

• Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate feedback into clear creative direction.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
