In this role, you’ll lead a team of skilled data scientists focused on advancing marketing analytics capabilities. You’ll play a key role in transforming complex marketing challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions that generate insights, optimize campaign performance, deepen customer understanding, and maximize ROI. This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who combines deep technical expertise with a strong background in marketing strategies and analytics.

Senior Manager, Data Science Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.

• Oversee the full data science lifecycle from data collection and cleaning to feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in analysis and modeling.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and analytical infrastructure.

Senior Manager, Data Science Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience, or 7–8+ years with a PhD.

• Proven success in building production-ready models with measurable business impact.

• Significant background in marketing analytics (not risk analytics).

• Prior management experience including mentoring, coaching, and growing teams.
