We’re seeking a Director of Paid Social & Display Marketing Strategy for a 6-month contract opportunity (October 2025 – April 2026) with a leading e-commerce client. This is a hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY, requiring 1–2 days onsite per week.

In this role, you’ll lead a talented team responsible for executing full-funnel campaigns across paid social, video, and display. You’ll drive strategy that builds awareness, inspires consideration, and delivers measurable ROI. This position requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

Director, Paid Social & Display Marketing Strategy Responsibilities:

• Lead paid social and display strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.

• Balance creative storytelling with data-driven insights, including MMM, MTA, and Brand Lift.

• Oversee campaign development, optimization, and social-first creative initiatives.

• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners.

Director, Paid Social & Display Marketing Strategy Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in paid social and display marketing (retail, DTC, or marketplaces preferred).

• Proven leadership experience managing teams and agencies.

• Expertise in creative testing, measurement, and large budget management.

• Passion for blending creativity with performance marketing.
