Our client, a department store retail chain, is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer (Photoshoots) for a hybrid position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is set to start ASAP and will run for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you will spearhead the creation of captivating brand photography, encompassing both still images and video content. This position demands a visionary approach, technical prowess, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to produce visual assets that effectively convey brand identity and highlight product features.

Senior Graphic Designer (Photoshoots) Responsibilities:

• Lead on-set direction for both photography and video shoots, focusing on lifestyle and product detail page (PDP) assets.

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop essential pre-production materials, including ePro documents and shot lists, ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Design and present comprehensive photo shoot decks, visual references, and image libraries to guide creative direction and uphold brand consistency.

• Work closely with Asset Management, Production, Styling, and Creative teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Curate and select final imagery, utilizing tools like Lightroom and Capture One for content organization and preparation.

• Manage retouching processes, coordinating with both internal and external teams.

• Participate in style-outs, pre-production meetings, and creative reviews to provide expert guidance and maintain alignment.

Senior Graphic Designer (Photoshoots) Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in photo art direction and graphic design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or home/interiors.

• Proven ability to translate brand identity and product features into engaging still and video assets.

• Proficiency in Capture One, Live 2, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong collaborative spirit.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio environment.
