Join our client’s team as a Jr. Project Manager, where you'll work closely with the account manager to ensure seamless coordination of daily activities and foster strong relationships with internal business partners. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining communication flow and project management within the team. You’ll help navigate corporate branding and compliance processes, support the management of print, digital, and video projects, and ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery from initiation through archiving.

Jr. Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the account manager to coordinate project activities and maintain strong internal partnerships.

  • Navigate corporate guidelines, including branding, promotional material development, and compliance processes.

  • Manage the ad agency workflow, from project initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary approvals and archiving are handled efficiently.

  • Assist in managing print, digital, and video projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

  • Provide accurate project estimates, timelines, and assist with billing processes.

  • Maintain daily time tracking and adhere to company-wide financial policies.

Jr. Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in an ad agency environment; pharmaceutical experience is advantageous.

  • Proven project management experience within an internal or external ad agency.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to focus on both overarching goals and intricate details.

  • Experience in creating estimates, timelines, and managing product launch and label change safety document updates.

  • High energy and a positive attitude, comfortable in a visible role.

  • Willingness to occasionally work longer hours to meet project demands, especially during critical phases like FDA product approvals.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
