We’re looking to hire a Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst for a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a leading global hospitality and services organization.

In this role, you’ll join the Corporate Responsibility / Business Operations team to analyze, document, and improve critical processes, ensuring efficient workflows and robust systems that support company-wide initiatives. This organization fosters a collaborative and innovative culture, where your ideas can directly contribute to improving business operations and impactful initiatives.

Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and visualize current business processes and workflows.

  • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement through process mapping and analysis.

  • Develop process maps and documentation using industry-standard tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate findings and capture requirements.

  • Recommend process improvements and assess change management impacts.

  • Partner with solution architects and analyze data from multiple sources.

  • Define and document future-state requirements in collaboration with business and technical teams.

  • Track and communicate progress through status reports and stakeholder updates.

  • Contribute to solution design, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with business goals.

Business Analyst / Business Process Analyst Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex workflows.

  • Proficiency with process mapping and visualization tools (Visio, Lucidchart).

  • Solid data literacy to evaluate process performance and improvement opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.

  • Technical aptitude and interest in ESG-related platforms and emerging technologies.

  • Prior experience in business process analysis, business analysis, or related roles (exposure to Corporate Responsibility or technology sectors preferred).
