As a UX Researcher on the C2C Local & Global Expansion team, you will focus on enhancing the buying and selling journey in key international markets including Australia, France, and Italy. You’ll collaborate closely with design, product, and business teams to conduct research that drives product strategy and improves customer experience.

UX Researcher Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into actionable product improvements.

• Lead vendor research projects and manage external partners.

• Communicate findings through storytelling and workshops to drive empathy and informed decision-making.

UX Researcher Qualifications:

• 10+ years in UX research (corporate or consultancy); global or eCommerce experience preferred.

• Master’s/PhD in anthropology, psychology, sociology, human factors, or related field.

• Deep qualitative expertise; quantitative or mixed methods a plus.

• Strong strategic influence, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Experience using AI tools to enhance research efficiency.

• Knowledge of design thinking and facilitation.

• Fluency in French, Italian, or German is a plus.
