We’re looking to hire a Freelance Marketing Coordinator for a global education technology company. You’ll join the Higher Education Marketing team to support marketing managers and cross-functional teams in executing campaigns, maintaining assets, and coordinating projects that drive sales and product awareness. This is a one-year contract opportunity with potential to extend. The role is located in the United States and is fully remote. This position will be for 25-30 hours per week and can work any hours between 8am-5pm to get these hours.

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and portfolio teams to develop and update sales tools, marketing collateral, and product information.
• Support marketing managers in executing marketing tactics, such as webinars, surveys, reporting, promotional orders, and event planning.
• Facilitate communication and data sharing across sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Conduct research and analysis on competing products and market trends.
• Manage administrative tasks including processing invoices, managing contracts, ordering supplies, maintaining project files, and ensuring database accuracy.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organization, project management, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a proactive, adaptable approach to new challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce, Asana, Qualtrics, Zoom, or Oracle is a plus.
