A leading entertainment and corporate events company is hiring a Production Manager to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the primary office located in Glendale, CA. The contract duration is estimated to be between 7 to 12 months, supporting a high-profile event and ensuring seamless event production and onsite operations.

Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of event planning, logistics, and onsite operations, including budget management, schedule coordination, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth event execution.
• Assist in managing vendor relations, onsite setup, and event deinstallation, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact during event days, addressing operational issues and coordinating team activities.
• Support post-event wrap-up activities, including updating reports, documenting lessons learned, and participating in debrief meetings.

Production Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Meeting Planning, Marketing, Business, Theater, or Communications, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in production management, event production, or a related field.
• Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, including reporting and closeout processes.
• Strong knowledge of technical production elements such as staging, video, audio, and lighting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
