We’re partnering with a leading entertainment company to find a skilled Benefits Analyst to join their HR benefits operations team. This remote opportunity requires candidates to be based within the region and interested in supporting benefits administration that includes medical, retirement, and time-off programs. The role offers a chance to work on day-to-day benefit plan management and collaborate on strategic projects, with an ideal start date in early February 2026.

Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration of various benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and 401(k).
• Serve as the first point of contact for tier 3 escalations and partner with shared services to resolve complex employee inquiries.
• Ensure benefit compliance by managing nondiscrimination testing, filings, and content reviews.
• Investigate and correct enrollment errors within the Workday system.
• Support vendor management, compliance activities, and open enrollment processes.

Benefits Analyst Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in benefits and retirement plan administration.

• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, agile environment with strong organizational skills.

• Experience handling confidential data compliantly and effectively communicating across the organization.

• Knowledge of benefit compliance standards, including benefit testing and reporting requirements.

• Familiarity with managing benefits in Workday is preferred, especially LOA and Benefits modules.
