Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the planning, tracking, and management of multiple digital projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Facilitating effective communication among internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Providing leadership, guidance, and clear expectations to project teams, resolving obstacles, and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Managing project issues and risks proactively, analyzing potential impacts, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Leading client meetings, maintaining relationships, reporting on project status, and supporting account management activities, including opportunities for new business.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6+ years in a senior management or similar role within a consulting, digital agency, or in-house digital transformation environment.
• Proven success managing large and complex digital projects with direct client or stakeholder involvement.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities, skilled in facilitating teams and managing multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on high-quality client service and relationship building.
• Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, along with change management and process improvement strategies.
