We’re partnering with a leading digital solutions company to find a talented Senior Project Manager to support their hybrid work environment with a primary office presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex digital initiatives and foster strong client relationships within a dynamic, innovative organization.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, tracking, and management of multiple digital projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Facilitating effective communication among internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and clear expectations to project teams, resolving obstacles, and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Managing project issues and risks proactively, analyzing potential impacts, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Leading client meetings, maintaining relationships, reporting on project status, and supporting account management activities, including opportunities for new business.
Senior Project Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6+ years in a senior management or similar role within a consulting, digital agency, or in-house digital transformation environment.
- Proven success managing large and complex digital projects with direct client or stakeholder involvement.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities, skilled in facilitating teams and managing multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on high-quality client service and relationship building.
- Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, along with change management and process improvement strategies.

Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
