Position Details

Communication Specialist IV - Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of communication projects, ensuring message consistency across multiple channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for key internal and external clients.
• Coordinate with creative teams, including copywriters and designers, to deliver high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget.
• Construct and implement detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets, while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Support online marketing efforts by collaborating with digital communications teams and enhancing digital channels.

Communication Specialist IV - Account Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in account management and creative project handling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across print, digital, social media, and broadcast media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in producing strategic briefs.
• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows, ideally with agency or in-house agency experience.
