A leading technology company is seeking a Social Project Manager to support a remote team. This role involves establishing and managing operational workflows for the Alexa social channel, including production timelines, vendor coordination, and asset management. The position is temporary, lasting between 27 and 52 weeks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social production and building operational infrastructure from scratch.

Social Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee project schedules, timelines, and key milestones for social campaigns and events.
• Manage end-to-end processes from concepting through approval, publication, and review.
• Coordinate with external vendors, creator agencies, and platform partners to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance for creative assets, including specs, formatting, and platform specifications.
• Maintain accurate asset libraries, including asset tagging, rights tracking, and expiry management.

Social Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in social production, creative project management, or campaign operations.
• Proven ability to build operational workflows and infrastructure from the ground up.
• Experience managing external vendors, creators, and platform partners.
• Strong understanding of social media content workflows across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Highly organized with excellent skills in asset management, version control, and rights tracking.
