We're partnering with a dynamic organization, to find a talented Director of Growth Marketing. This role is based on-site and is a permanent opportunity focused on leading high-impact digital advertising efforts to drive measurable lead generation and conversion. The role involves strategic planning, campaign management, and data analysis to optimize performance and ROI.


Director of Growth Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display, with a focus on lead volume and quality.
  • Design and structure campaign architecture, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and negative management to ensure efficiency.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, budget pacing, and troubleshoot issues related to tracking, attribution, and lead flow.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to inform messaging and asset development based on performance insights.
  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, spend, leads, CPL, and other key metrics for leadership review.


Director of Growth Marketing Qualifications:

  • Over 8 years of direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns in environments focused on lead generation or high-intent acquisition.
  • Proficiency with Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and automated bidding tactics like tCPA and tROAS.
  • Experience overseeing significant monthly budgets with clear accountability for return on investment.
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform tools including GA4, GTM, and troubleshooting attribution discrepancies.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting with strong analytical and strategic skills.
