Our client, a plumbing manufacturer and import distributor with an ESOP structure, is hiring an Integrated Marketing Manager, a creative and managerial professional, to support their Auburn Hills team. This is an on-site role requiring local candidates only. The position offers a growth path toward directorship and a collaborative company culture focused on creative execution and team development.

Integrated Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of both print and digital marketing initiatives, including catalogs, trade shows, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a small marketing team, overseeing content creation, design, and contributed projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Contribute hands-on creative work, showcasing skills through portfolio review, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support long-term marketing growth, helping establish structured processes and team expansion as the company scales.

Integrated Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • Five to eight years of relevant marketing experience, with a solid portfolio demonstrating hands-on design work.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Canva experience alone is insufficient.
  • Experience creating marketing assets for print and digital channels such as catalogs, social media, and email.
  • Background in B2B industries such as building materials, wholesale trade, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, team leadership abilities, and collaborative mindset; comfortable managing and mentoring junior team members.
