We're partnering with our client, a respected apparel brand, to find a talented Content Strategist. This is a contract role offers the opportunity to shape digital storytelling and brand experiences. (Remote, but must work PST hours)

Content Strategist Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive content assessments utilizing customer insights and analytics to pinpoint gaps and set future content requirements across customer touchpoints.
• Develop and execute content strategies that highlight product features, reinforce brand values, and foster community engagement through various digital channels.
• Convert business goals and customer needs into clear, actionable content plans, including recommendations for sequencing and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams such as marketing, merchandising, UX, and production to align content with strategic objectives and optimize customer outcomes.
• Establish content frameworks, templates, and governance standards to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across digital platforms.

Content Strategist Qualifications:

• Over seven years of experience in content strategy, digital experience strategy, or related fields.
• Proven success in developing content plans that increase customer engagement and conversion.
• Experience working within interconnected teams involving marketing, product, design, and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, content governance, information architecture, and content operations.
• Skilled in translating strategic priorities into effective content requirements for digital assets and campaigns, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Adept at leveraging data and customer insights to inform decisions and prioritize content initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and content management systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Figma is required.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools is required.
• Experience with SFCC, Bloomreach, and FullStory is preferred.
