A leading professional services organization is hiring a Project Management Contractor to support their awards nomination process for a corporate awards program. This 3 month temp role is based on-site in Plano, TX and focuses on managing the end-to-end nomination workflow during the annual program window.

Project Management Contractor Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire nomination process from initial coordination to final submission within the designated timeframe.
• Track and update the status of all nominations, ensuring timely progress and completion.
• Consolidate feedback from internal teams and external agencies to refine nomination content.
• Attend client interviews to gather requirements, record notes, and coordinate follow-up actions, even outside standard business hours if needed.
• Act as a liaison for external stakeholders, managing communication with the copywriting agency to meet all external deadlines.

Project Management Contractor Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in project management within a corporate, financial, or professional services setting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple parties effectively.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and proficiency with project tracking tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines independently.
