Senior eDiscovery Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Lead remote forensic collections using EnCase, ensuring data is acquired accurately and defensibly.
• Collaborate with IT and internal teams to resolve access or technical issues during data collection.
• Manage and validate collected data, maintaining strict chain of custody protocols.
• Handle full case lifecycle support for litigation, regulatory, and investigation matters independently.
• Support the implementation of automation and AI tools to enhance discovery workflows.

Senior eDiscovery Project Coordinator Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with remote forensic data collections, particularly using EnCase.
• Proficiency with Nuix and Microsoft Purview eDiscovery; familiarity with CrashPlan or Cellebrite is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently under minimal supervision in complex scenarios.
• Strong coordination skills with IT teams and external counsel.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and experience applying automation or AI-assisted tools in discovery processes.
