You’ll join the Software Development team to help design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that power healthcare systems. This is a long-term contract opportunity. The role is located in Rochester, MN, and is Remote.

Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular or React

• Implement robust back-end services using Java or .NET

• Work with relational and document-based databases

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies

• Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and reliability

• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects

• Contribute to cloud-hosted applications using Google Cloud or Azure

Software Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience or 2+ years coding experience in languages such as Java, C#, C++, Golang

• Experience with Angular or React front-end frameworks

• Proficiency in Java or .NET back-end development

• Familiarity with relational and document databases

• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Azure preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of full software development life cycle best practices

• Prior experience in healthcare software development is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data, analytics, or business intelligence tools

• Strong grasp of distributed systems and microservices architecture

• Hands-on experience with open-source technologies

• Previous work in healthcare tech environments
