We’re hiring a Digital Account Manager for a 6+ month contract role based on-site in San Bruno, CA (hybrid, with one day per week required on-site; five days preferred).

As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving media performance and campaign success by working with cross-functional teams across Ad Sales, Product, and Marketing, as well as external brand and agency partners. If you're a skilled communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for digital media, this role could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage advertising campaigns and drive revenue growth across key supplier accounts

• Build strategic media plans aligned with client objectives

• Lead the execution of creative assets in partnership with internal creative teams

• Coordinate campaign activation, performance optimization, and reporting

• Maintain strong client and partner relationships through consistent communication

• Analyze performance data to inform client strategies

• Ensure accurate billing and campaign delivery

• Identify upsell opportunities to generate incremental revenue

• Support business reviews and strategic planning sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Proven experience managing client relationships and cross-functional projects

• Strong media planning, project management, and analytical abilities

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with advertising platforms, analytics tools, and reporting metrics
