We’re seeking a Software Engineer for a fully remote, 1+ year contract role with a globally recognized gaming leader known for driving innovation and delivering iconic, immersive gaming experiences.

In this exciting opportunity, you’ll join the Service Intelligence team and contribute to the development and enhancement of IT and security operations tools used across multiple gaming and technology teams. You’ll be at the forefront of building and supporting scalable, high-performance systems that empower IT teams to better serve the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support both the front-end and back-end of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) system

• Enhance and maintain integrations between a wide array of data sources

• Continuously improve the UI/UX of the CMDB web interface

• Drive innovation and identify opportunities to optimize IT services through software development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience building front-end and back-end web systems

• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies including Sveltkit, TailwindCSS, JSON, and REST APIs

• Proficiency in Python, working with Docker containers, and using Linux-based environments

• Strong understanding of software development best practices—design patterns, code architecture, CI/CD pipelines

• Solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services: compute, functions, storage, and data management

• Knowledge of IT operations frameworks such as CMDB and ITIL

• Exposure to IT infrastructure: networks, servers, storage systems

• Experience with data science processes, including ETL, data modeling, and analytics
