Join our client's team as a dynamic Change Management Contractor, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving successful transitions and implementing innovative strategies. Your expertise will be crucial in crafting and executing a comprehensive change management framework, ensuring seamless integration of new initiatives.

Change Manager Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to pinpoint change requirements and objectives, conducting thorough impact assessments to gauge effects on teams and processes.

  • User Experience Mapping: Develop detailed user journey maps to illustrate the impact of changes on user experiences, ensuring a user-centric approach.

  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and refine change delivery plans, detailing the necessary steps for successful implementation. Establish a messaging hierarchy to maintain consistent communication.

  • Communication Design: Craft engagement and communication strategies, preparing change delivery assets for clear and effective use.

  • Success Metrics: Define and track success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Pilot Program Management: Oversee beta tests and pilot programs, gathering feedback to refine strategies before full-scale implementation.

  • Sustainability Integration: Incorporate sustainability into change management strategies, supporting long-term success and responsibility.

  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and stabilization, fostering sustained success and user satisfaction.

Change Manager Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, ideally within hospitality or service-oriented sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills for conducting impact assessments and user journey mapping.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and influence stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, and Asana.

  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail.
