We’re partnering with a leading sports and entertainment brand to hire a Creative Production Manager for an onsite role in Los Angeles, CA. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential for extension.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact Brand Creative team that works across broadcast, digital, and social platforms to deliver campaigns that engage fans and elevate the brand. The Creative Production Manager will sit at the intersection of creative strategy, production, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting all major sports properties as well as core brand initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Brand Creative, this role plays a key part in ensuring seamless execution, high-quality creative output, and effective coordination with internal and external teams.

Location preference is onsite at the Studio City, CA or NYC office, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm local time.

Creative Production Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production workflows for sports and core property creative requests.

  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, creative content, and digital to ensure timely delivery of assets.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team and internal/external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies. Manage communication, input and maintain Airtable requests, and schedule review meetings.

  • Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.

  • Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all executions.

  • Support the creation of production schedules, toolkits, and motion assets from ideation through final delivery.

  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and production teams to ensure all creative materials meet established standards.

  • QC and assign creative requests, ensuring all teams have the necessary resources and assets.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to address last-minute changes, asset updates, or approvals.

Creative Production Manager Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Production, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative production, preferably in sports or entertainment.

  • Strong understanding of sports culture and global sports properties.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, editors, designers, and producers.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Airtable, Frame.io, Lyric, and Slack.

  • Understanding of broadcast and digital production workflows.

  • Passion for storytelling and brand building.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
