This temporary role offers a hybrid working model—primarily remote with one day per week on-site in Montclair, NJ—for a duration of 5 to 9 weeks. Paid Social Creative Strategist Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative strategies for paid social campaigns across various product launches and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to brainstorm, analyze performance data, and refine creative approaches based on audience insights.
• Oversee end-to-end creative workflows, from concept development to final approval of content.
• Conduct audience research to identify new segments and enhance campaign reach.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, integrating emerging features and tools to optimize ad performance.

Paid Social Creative Strategist Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital creative strategy, ideally in paid social advertising.
• Demonstrated ability to create diverse ad formats and content types, including UGC, influencer content, and lo-fi style videos.
• Proficiency with social media advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok, with strong knowledge of best practices.
• Experience with audience research and translating insights into compelling creative concepts.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
