Join our client's dynamic in-house advertising agency, where you will independently and collaboratively craft marketing materials that elevate the brand, evolve design, and engage consumers. Your expertise in design/layout, 2D animations, and print assets will be crucial as you work alongside the team to create and animate a variety of assets, including social media content, out-of-home ads, HTML5 banners, LED signage, printed flyers, and emails. This is a hybrid role based in Westwood, MA.

Production Designer Responsibilities:

• Design and revise marketing materials based on creative briefs, ensuring they meet internal or vendor specifications.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering strategic and timely user experiences.

• Enhance the creative team workflow by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

• Foster strong relationships with colleagues across creative, project management, and resource management teams to improve communication and workflow.

• Collaborate with teams to incorporate feedback and achieve the best strategic creative outcomes.

Production Designer Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of production design experience in an in-house agency, marketing firm, or external agency studio.

• Proficiency in Adobe layout programs, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience with Adobe After Effects for creating animations and Adobe Animate for HTML5 banner development.

• Competence in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for typography, composition, layout, color, and detail.

• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.

• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

• Familiarity with photography selection, artistic cropping, and asset sharing through content libraries. (preferred)

• Experience with web-based HTML email platforms and knowledge of mobile and desktop design best practices. (preferred)

• Understanding of Generative AI design technologies for creating innovative layouts. (preferred)
